The Skol Lager Cup was organised to give some
clubs fixtures during the Highland
League's winter break of 1982.
The McKessack Quaich was a pre-season tournament
organised by Rothes FC, all the matches being played on their McKessack Park ground.
The Norfrost Cup, named after the club's sponsors, was
mainly a series of one-off matches between Wick Academy FC and a Scottish League club although the
1996-97 edition was played for as a triangular tournament.
The Rhys Bendel Memorial Trophy was
organised by Inverurie Loco Works FC to help raise funds for the Rhys Bendel Leukemia Fund which was set-up to honour the late son of
Inverurie-based referee Brian Bendel.
